Mishima Karate Fighting Style Explained
Power begins at the floor. We build from stance, hip alignment, and breath. The hands follow the body, not the other way around.
Stance & Structure
Think heavy feet, quiet shoulders, relaxed jaw. Your hips change levels; your spine stays calm.
Timing & Entries
Enter on the half‑beat after their exhale. Blitz or break — then settle back to structure.
Practice
- 30–60s stance holds (front, back, horse).
- Hip snaps with slow negative.
- Wall‑driven straight strikes (10×3).
